Add the eggs at room temperature one by one to the ingredients. After each addition, stir. Add the eggs you added, vanilla to the other ingredients and continue to stir, then reduce the milk. Add a little to the ingredients, stir the ingredients. After a while, add the baking powder to the other ingredients and continue stirring.

Roll the flour three times beforehand and add it to the ingredients little by little. You have to stir the ingredients each time you add them, stir the ingredients until they go together and it becomes uniform.

Add the chopped walnut kernels, along with the raisins that have been washed, dried, and stirred until they are spread through the ingredients.

Grease the oven tray with oil. Place the greaseproof paper on the bottom of the tray, using a spoon or ice cream scoop, remove the required amount (the size of a walnut) from the ingredients and place it on the greaseproof paper with a space.

Important tips for preparing walnut cookies

If you wish, you can use brown sugar or powdered sugar instead of sugar, just sift the powdered sugar before adding it to the ingredients.

If you want your cookies to have a darker color and a different taste, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder along with baking powder to the ingredients. Reduce a tablespoon of flour by adding cocoa powder.

Do not stir the ingredients too much. You should continue stirring until the ingredients become one-handed and elastic.
